I won Honorable Mention!
I won Honorable Mention! That's like third place. I wasn't expecting it, at all. A complete surprise. I mean, I've always considered that public speaking is a bit of a weakness and MUN is an activity that helps me improve that aspect. Last year's ABSH MUN I won third too. It's huge in my world 'cause of what I just said.
World problems are a concern for me. I care about the future of the world and I want to help make it better. I'm always corny about this stuff but it's the truth. I want to protect World Heritage Sites.
The guest of honor who spoke in the Opening plenary session was not only good-looking but also so inspirational. He's among the top ten best young people in Honduras. He kept saying how people are going to try to stop you from achieving success but you should ignore them and believe in yourself, or something among the lines of that. I appreciate a good motivational speech.
I can feel the end coming. I'm so excited! Graduation is just weeks away! Yes, I think I'll cry. Of happiness. Of pride. Of gratefulness.
I pray to God everyday. Only He has a say in what will happen to me. I trust Him. I thank Him.
